Dr. Walid Nasr is a consultant psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience. He is a full Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych) since passing the exams in September 2022. He trained in psychiatry at Alexandria University Hospitals and Ministry of Health institutions in Egypt. He provides comprehensive psychiatric care across outpatient, inpatient, and community settings, with expertise in General Adult Psychiatry, Older Adult Mental Health, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. He previously led the ECT department at Emirati Health Services and has a special interest in psychiatric genetics and research. Dr. Nasr is also an academic lecturer and faculty member in the Emirati Board of Psychiatry and teaches at Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences.
